The Cook-Chill software version can monitor and record the real time temperature of food products during the chill down phase of a cook-chill process. An alert will notify the user if the first or second step of the chill down phases is not met, so that immediate corrective action can be taken. The pass-fail status of all chill down jobs during the day or shift can be printed in one comprehensive report.
